Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 15081, dated July 6, 2004, award was made to Superior Bowen Asphalt Company of Kansas City, MO, on Bid No. PW 03-2004, for the 2004 Pavement Maintenance - Phase 3 Asphalt Overlay Project, No. 3003; and,
WHEREAS, all work contemplated by the original contract has been completed and is fully acceptable to the County; and,
WHEREAS, it is appropriate that the Director of Finance and Purchasing issue final payment to Superior Bowen Asphalt Company of Kansas City, MO, in the amount of $96.00; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of Finance and Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to make final payment on the contract.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
