WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to cover the costs of repairs and rehabilitation of 29 dump trucks and related snow removal equipment, for use by the Public Works Department; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made:
