IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title A RESOLUTION authorizing the Prosecuting Attorney to execute an Amended Agreement with Visible Horizons, at no additional cost to the County. Intro RESOLUTION #10784, April 17, 1995 INTRODUCED BY Lisa White Hardwick, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, by Resolution 10716, dated March 13, 1995, the Legislature authorized the Prosecuting Attorney to execute an Agreement with Visible Horizons for the purpose of preventing drug and drug-related offenses at a cost to the County not to exceed $25,000.00; and, WHEREAS, the parties now desire to amend the payment terms set forth in that Agreement; and, WHEREAS, the attached Amended Agreement now sets forth the new agreement and understanding of the parties; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Prosecuting Attorney be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Amended Agreement with Visible Horizons for the purpose of preventing drug and drug-related offenses; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager of the Division of Finance be and hereby is, authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the Amended Agreement. Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of he Legislature.
