A RESOLUTION authorizing the County Executive to enter into an agreement with Lee's Summit Underwater Recovery for underwater recovery services in the lakes and parks of Jackson County at a cost to the County not to exceed $10,205.00.

Body
WHEREAS, the County recognizes the need for underwater recovery capabilities within Jackson County; and,
WHEREAS, the County and Lee's Summit Underwater Recovery desire to enter into an agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, whereby Underwater Recovery will provide underwater recovery services in the lakes and parks of Jackson County; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the agreement is hereby approved and that the County Executive is authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the County; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager of the Division of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the agreement.
Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
