WHEREAS, certain unanticipated legal expenses have exhausted available funds within the non-departmental legal services budget; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to cover these unanticipated costs; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said appropriation; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the undesignated fund balance of 2014 General Fund and the undesignated fund balance of the 2014 Delinquent Sales Tax Fund, be and hereby are made:
