IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title AN ORDINANCE amending the districts established by the Jackson County Zoning Order by changing from A (Agricultural) to RR (Residential Ranchette), a certain 22.46 + acre tract and approving the preliminary plat "Lone Jenny Farms," creating a four-lot residential subdivision. Intro ORDINANCE 2705, August 4, 1997 INTRODUCED BY Fred Arbanas, County Legislator Body BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows: Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows: The 22.46 acres is generally located east of the intersection of Al Gossett Road and Lorenze Road and described as follows: All that part of Section 16, Township 47, Range 29 Jackson County, Missouri Described as follows: Beginning at the East 1/4 corner of said Section 16; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East along the East line of said Section 16, 1801.08 feet; thence South 89 degrees 50 minutes 59 seconds West 905.75 feet; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 39 seconds West, 1328.21 feet; thence South 62 degrees 01 minutes 14 seconds East 277.02 feet; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 39 seconds West, 437.98 feet; thence North 51 degrees 03 minutes 16 seconds West 828.86 feet, to a point 40 feet East of the West line, East «, Northeast 1/4 of said Section 16, said line also being 40 feet East of the centerline of Al Gossett Road; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 39 seconds East, along said right of way line, 473.63 feet to a point of curvature; thence Northwesterly, continuing along said right of way and on a curve to the left having a radius of 210.00 feet and tangent to the last described course, an arc distance of 174.93 feet; thence North 47 degrees 42 minutes 59 seconds West, continuing along said right of way, 600.75 feet to the intersection of said right of way with the right of Lorenze Road being 40 feet from centerline, thence North 27 degrees 59 minutes 16 seconds, 385.04 East along the right of way of said Lorenze Road; thence North 89 degrees 50 minutes 59 seconds East, parallel with and 222.55 feet South of the North line, South «, Northeast 1/4, Northeast 1/4, of said Section 16, 732.72 feet to the point of beginning. Section 2. The preliminary plat "Lone Jenny Farms," creating a four-lot residential subdivision, is hereby approved. Section 3. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of James Leath, Jr. (RZ-97-070), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on July 17, 1997, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
