WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to cover the cost of the purchase of parking lot lighting for use by the Sheriff's Department to secure employee and public safety; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made:
