BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made from the unappropriated surplus of the 2001 Grant Fund to cover the Drug Court Supplement Grant awarded by the Missouri Office of State Courts Administrator to the Family Court Division:
