WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to cover the cost of additional attorneys' fees in connection with litigation of claims arising out of the construction of the Jackson County Detention Center Annex; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made:
