Body
WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney recommends extending the agreement with Greater Kansas City Community Foundation until December 15, 1996, at no additional cost to the County; and,
WHEREAS, the current agreement with Greater Kansas City Community Foundation expired on February 29, 1996; and,
WHEREAS, to complete a number of projects set out in the original agreement, this extension, running until December 15, 1996, is needed; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive is hereby authorized to enter into the attached First Addendum, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, to the Agreement with Greater Kansas City Community Foundation; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager of the Division of Finance be and hereby is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the Agreement, and First Addendum thereto...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
