Body
WHEREAS, the County Executive has approved the creation of the position of Assistant to the Director of Collection; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Human Resources has reviewed the job description and recommended that the position be within the Merit System of Jackson County; and,
WHEREAS, the funding of compensation of the position requires a transfer from the unappropriated surplus of the 2005 General Fund; and,
WHEREAS, the sum of $57,628.00 has been recommended for this purpose; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made from the unappropriated surplus of the 2005 General Fund:
