Body
WHEREAS, the Medical Examiner's office finds it necessary to contract with outside medical and dental physicians on a temporary basis while recruitment and training of full-time deputy medical examiner positions is being conducted; and
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to place the funding in the proper spending account; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2010 Health Fund be and hereby is made:
