WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to cover the Family Court Division's Juvenile Drug Court Program grant received from the State of Missouri Drug Courts Coordinating Commission for the period July 1, 2006, to June 30, 2007; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 2006 Grant Fund:
