Body
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to cover the cost of unanticipated costs for depositions and document scanning, printing, and storage expenses related to on-going litigation; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2012 General Fund be and hereby is made:
