IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title AN ORDINANCE amending the districts established by the Jackson County Zoning Order by changing from A (Agricultural) to RR (Residential Ranchette), a certain 7 + acre tract. Intro ORDINANCE 2895, February 8, 1999 Body BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows: Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows: DESCRIPTION: A 7 ñ acre tract of land generally located 1 « mile west of Missouri Route H on the south side of Old Pink Hill Road and specifically described as lying in the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and the West « of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 19, Township 49, Range 29, Jackson County, Missouri is the East 7.07 Acres of a tract of land recorded in Document No. I 1357638, Book I2716, Page 1952, and described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Southeast 1/4 (as established on the recorded plat of FAMILY ESTATES); Thence South 1 53'15" West, 6.0 feet to a point in Old Pink Hill Road; Thence South 84 09'21" East along the centerline of said road, 794.71 feet to the Northwest corner of the tract of land described in Document No. I 1357638; thence continuing South 84 09'21" East along said centerline, 275.67 feet; thence North 89 07'01"East along said centerline, 119.01 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence South 0 07'51" East, 1237.96 feet to a point on the South line of the North « of said Southeast 1/4; Thence South 88 47'23" East along said South line, 149.34 feet to the appropriate centerline of Sni-A-Bar Creek; (following 4 courses being along last said centerline) Thence North 11 08'26" East, 84.54 feet; Thence North 16 06'18" East, 161.27 feet; Thence North 18 50'21" East, 161.96 feet; Thence North 23 30'00" East, 30.72 feet; ( and departing creek centerline) Thence North 1 00'35' West; 825.95 feet to a point in the centerline of Old Pink Hill Road; Thence South 89 07'01" West, along the centerline of said road, 263.22 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 7.07 Acres, except that part is roads. Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Frederick Boland (RZ-99-141), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on January 21, 1999, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
