WHEREAS, it has become necessary, in connection with the Stringtown Culvert Replacement Project, o. 2322A, to acquire a right-of-way and temporary easement over, and to cause certain damage to, the property of a certain property owner, Ruth M. Schneider, in the amount of $2,700.00, said prop rty being more fully described in the conveyance instruments, copies of which are attached hereto nd incorporated herein by reference; and,
WHEREAS, the owner has agreed to convey said right-of-way and temporary easement, and to settle t e claim for damages and has executed these conveyances in favor of the County in consideration of he total payment of $2,700.00; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Manager of the Divi ion of Finance issue a check in the amount of $2,700.00 in the name of Ruth M. Schneider, and that the check be delivered to the Department of Public Works, c/o Kaye Merkle, Engineering Division, f r appropriate disposition.
