WHEREAS, the Family Court Division has requested a reallocation of grant funds from the Family Court Division's School Based Prevention and Diversionary Program to its ASSET program as approved by the grant provider, Missouri Department of Social Services; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to reallocate the funds; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2007 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
