WHEREAS, a transfer within the 2001 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary to cover a grant received from the Missouri Department of Public Safety for the Night Lights/Sentenced to the Arts" program; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2001 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
