Body
WHEREAS, the Fiscal Commission recommends extending the agreements with Comprehensive Mental Health Services at no additional cost, Midwest Christian Counseling Center in the amount of $2,083, and Sunshine Center in the amount of $6,667 until December 31, 1995; and,
WHEREAS, the current agreement with Comprehensive Mental Health Services expires on November 30, 1995; and,
WHEREAS, the current agreement with Midwest Christian Counseling Center expires on November 30, 1995; and,
WHEREAS, the current agreement with Sunshine Center expired on October 31, 1995; and,
WHEREAS, to continue funding for these three (3) organizations until the new 1996 agreements are approved, this extension, until December 31, 1995, is needed; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive is hereby authorized to enter into the attached addenda, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated by reference, with Comprehensive Mental Health Services at no additional cost, Midwest Christian Counseling Center in the amount of $2,083, and Sunshine Center in the amount of $6,667; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager of the Division of Finance be and hereby is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the Agreements, and addenda thereto...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
