WHEREAS, the Sheriff Office has a budget shortfall for its training programs; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary in order to place the required funds in the proper spending accounts; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made:
