Body
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
 
Section 1.  The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "AG" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District, so that there will be transferred from District AG to District RR, a tract of land known as 7506 S. Hardsaw Road, Oak Grove, MO, specifically described as follows:
 
Description: All that part of the West half of the Northwest quarter of Section 13, Township 48, Range 30, in Jackson County Missouri, more particularly described as; Beginning at the Northwest corner of said quarter section; thence South 87 degrees 48 minutes 31 seconds East, along the North line of said quarter section, a distance of 853.11 feet, thence South 02 degrees 04 minutes 47 seconds West, a distance of 303.29 feet, thence North 87 degrees 55 minutes 13 seconds West, a distance of 853.65 feet, to a point on the West line of said quarter section; thence North 02 degrees 10 minutes 55 seconds East, along the West line of said quarter section, a distance of 304.95 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
 
 
 
Section 2.  The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Daniel and Heather Roach (RZ-2013-498), requesting the amendment embodied in this Ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission voted 8 to 0 to recommend APPROVAL of this application after a public hearing on May 16, 2013, does adopt this Ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning.
 
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date:  This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
