BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that to correct typographical errors in the original form of Ordinance 3569 adopted December 9, 2004, in order that the appropriations listed herein below conform to the intent of the Legislature contained in the 2005 Budget Adjustments attached to Ordinance 3569 and adopted therewith, the following amounts are appropriated for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2005, from the funds designated below for the spending agencies receiving funds therefrom:
