BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 2006 Grant Fund to cover the cost of the Family Court Division's Truancy Court Project's staffing agreements with the Hickman Mills Consolidated School District No. 1 and the Kansas City School District:
