Body
WHEREAS, the County has a continuing need to lease parking facilities for County employees; and,
WHEREAS, H.E. Bunch, LLC., has proposed to lease to the County 68 spaces, more particularly described as follows: ten (10) spaces in the South parking lot at 1512 Locust, and fifty-eight (58) spaces in the North parking lot at 425 East Truman Road, at the total cost of $2,205.76 per month, or $26,469.12 per year; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A, with H.E. Bunch, LLC., at a cost to the County not to exceed $26,469.12; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make payments.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
