Body
WHEREAS, it has become necessary, in connection with the Longview Road at Blue Ridge Project No. 2075-3, Tract Nos. 20, 21, 32, and 45, to acquire rights of ways and temporary construction easements over, and to cause certain damage to, the property of Gary and Donna Cutshall, Dorothy Tull, and Mercantile Bank, in the amounts of $2,900.00, $4,230.00, and $16,485.00, respectively, said property being more fully described in the conveyance instruments, copies of which are attach d hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and,
WHEREAS, the owners have agreed to convey said rights of ways and temporary construction easements, and to settle the claims for damages and have executed these conveyances in favor of the
County in consideration of the total payment of $23,615.00; therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the 1995 County Urban Road System Fund: DEPARTMENT/DIVISION CHARACTER/DESCRIPTION FROM TO
Unappropriated Surplus 23,615 Div. of Administration Public Works Dept. County Urban Road System Kansas City City Projects 23,615
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the Manager of the Division of Finance issue three separate checks payable to Guy and Donna Cutshall for $2,900, Dorothy Tull for $4,230.00, and Mercantile Bank for $16,485.00, and that the checks be delivered to the Department of Public Works, Kaye Merkle, Engineering Division, for appropriate disposition.
Attorney Effective Date: This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
