IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title AN ORDINANCE amending the districts established by the Jackson County Zoning Order by changing from A (Agricultural) to RR (Residential Ranchette) a certain 10 + acre tract. Intro ORDINANCE 2725, September 8, 1997 INTRODUCED BY Fred Arbanas, County Legislator Body BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows: Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows: Description: The 10ñ acre tract of land is generally located approximately « mile north of Missouri Route FF (Truman Road) on the west side of Borgman Road lying in the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Sec. 7, Twp. 49, Rng. 39, Jackson County, State of Missouri, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the NE Corner of the W « of the SE 1/4 said point being 1316.67 feet, N 88 34'01" W from the NE Corner of the SE 1/4 of Section 7, thence S 01 33'31" W, 662.38 feet along the East line of the W « of SE 1/4; thence N 88 42'28"E, 660.19 feet; thence N 01 43'47" E, 664.02 feet to a point on the North Line of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, thence S 88 34'01" E, 658.24 feet along the North line of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 to the point of Beginning. Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Daniel Brotherton (RZ-97-076), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on August 21, 1997, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
