IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title A RESOLUTION authorizing an agreement with the Kansas City Board of Police Commissioners for Alert II law enforcement computer information services in the estimated amount of $90,000.00. Intro RESOLUTION #11662, March 24, 1997 INTRODUCED BY Dixie M. Flynn, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, the Kansas City Board of Police Commissioners and Jackson County have previously entered into an agreement to provide the County Sheriff, Prosecuting Attorney, Division of Family Support, Department of Corrections, and Department of Collections with Alert II law enforcement services; and, WHEREAS, the Board has proposed to provide these services to these County agencies during 1997, at an estimated cost of $90,000; therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Agreement for the Alert II services, a copy of which is attached hereto, is hereby approved and that the County Executive is hereby authorized to execute the Agreement; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the Agreement...Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
