Body
WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney's Bad Check Unit is moving from its current location and requires funding to install a customer counter with a security window, to secure the space with interior walls, and to purchase cubicles for office space, thus allowing the Unit to better serve its customers; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to cover these costs; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2008 Prosecuting Attorney Bad Check Fund:
