WHEREAS, a transfer within the 2000 Special Road and Bridge Fund is necessary to cover the cost of rock needed to extend the Public Works Department's 2000 Road Program for an additional five miles; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2000 Special Road and Bridge Fund:
