WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to cover the Family Court Division's Drug Court Supplement grant received from the Missouri Office of the State Courts Administrator for the period of July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 2006 Grant Fund:
