Body
WHEREAS, the Sheriff’s Office desires to purchase two fleet vehicles, fleet emergency equipment, and new patrol laptops using existing term and supply contracts; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to place the funds needed for this equipment in the proper spending account; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfers be made within the 2017 Special Road and Bridge Fund:
