WHEREAS, by Resolution 17371, dated September 20, 2010, the Legislature did authorize the transfer of $40,448.00 within the 2010 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund to provide funding for the remainder of the 2010 fiscal year for the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) program; and,
WHEREAS, due to a miscommunication between County offices, Resolution 17371 was drafted with erroneous fiscal information, which must be corrected; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends the transfer necessary to correct this error; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2010 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund be and hereby is made:
