Washington, NY, Leslee Scott, Inc., of Ogden, UT, and Uniforms Manufacturing Co. of Scottsdale, AZ, under the terms and conditions of Electronic Solicitations No. BB200577, to provide for departmental needs for the upcoming one-year period.

WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Purchasing has solicited bids on Electronic Solicitation No. BB200577 for the furnishing of inmate clothing for use by the Corrections Department; and,
WHEREAS, a total of 51 solicitations were distributed and 11 responses were received, two of which were determined to be non-responsive for failure to submit the documentation required for award; and,
WHEREAS, following evaluation of the bids submitted, the Director of Finance and Purchasing recommends the contract be divided and awarded to the vendors submitting the lowest bid for each item; and,
WHEREAS, award as recommended would result in awards to the following vendors:

Pt. Washington, NY
Leslee Scott, Inc.
Ogden, UT
Uniforms Manufacturing Co
Scottsdale, AZ
now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that award be made as recommended by the Director of Finance and Purchasing, and that the Director of Finance and Purchasing be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance and Purchasing is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contracts, to the extent that sufficient appropriations to the using agency are contained in the annual County budget.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
