Body
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Purchasing requested formal written proposals on Request for Proposals No. 17-06 for the installation and operation of an ATM machine at the Fred Arbanas Golf Course at Longview Lake; and,
WHEREAS, the Director received no responses and a contract was negotiated and agreed to for the installation and operation of an ATM machine by United Equipment Leasing of Claycomo, MO; and,
WHEREAS, the County will pay no fee for the machine but will be responsible for providing a dedicated telephone line and dedicated electrical outlet for the ATM machine and will receive a $ .50 (50 cents) per transaction fee; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that award be made as recommended by the Director of Finance and Purchasing, and that the Director be and hereby is authorized to execute an agreement with United Equipment Leasing of Claycomo, MO, in a form to be approved by the County Counselor, and any and all other documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
