Body
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
 
Section 1.  The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR, a tract of land described as follows:
Description: The 5 ± acres are generally located at the northeast corner of Wolf Road and Bone Hill Road and specifically described as a tract of land in the East ½ of the Southeast ¼, Section 30, Township 50 North, Range 29 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Jackson County, Missouri, being more particularly described as follows:  
 
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Section 30-50-29; thence with the South line of said Southeast ¼ N88̊10'23"W, 525.89' to a point on the East Right-of-Way line of Wolf Road as described in Book 1306 at Page 15 of the Jackson County Office of the Recorder of Deeds; thence with said East Right-of-Way N00̊20'23"W, 408.94'; thence leaving said East line with a line parallel to the South line of the Southeast ¼ S88̊10'23"E, 540.04' to a point of the East line of the Southeast ¼ of aforesaid Section 30-50-29; thence with the East line thereof S01̊38'35"W, 408.65' back to the POINT of BEGINNING aka 37110 E. Bone Hill Road.
 
Section 2.  The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Inez Welter (RZ-2006-402), requesting the amendment embodied in this Ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended approval of this application at a public hearing on June 15, 2006, does adopt this Ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning.
 
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date:  This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
