Body
WHEREAS, the Fiscal Commission set aside funds in its 1994 budget for local matches for grants; and,
WHEREAS, the Curators of the University of Missouri at Kansas City received a grant match in the amount of $150,000; and,
WHEREAS, $49,402.63 of said grant match was not totally expended; and,
WHEREAS, the Curators of the University of Missouri at Kansas City returned said amount to the County; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 1995 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
