Body
WHEREAS, by Ordinance 3678, dated September 19, 2005, the Legislature authorized the acceptance of a grant in the amount of $25,000.00, awarded to the Family Court Division by the Missouri Department of Social Services for the Community Restitution Diversion program; and,
WHEREAS, at the request of the Family Court Division, the Missouri Department of Social Services has approved a reallocation of $15,000.00 of these funds to the Community Outreach Restitution program; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to effect this reallocation; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2006 Grant Fund :
