BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that an appropriation of $11,236,000 be made from the following sources: $3,800,000 from 1995 Anti-Drug Funds (Interest Earnings and allocations not spent), $2,149,000 from the 1996 unappropriated Anti-Drug Funds (Interest Earnings and remaining Corrections allocation), and $5,287,000 Anti-Drug Funds from 1990-1995, to cover the construction of the Jackson County Detention Center Annex:
