IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title A RESOLUTION authorizing the County Executive to execute a Second Addendum to Agreement with Cudney, Ecord, McEnroe, and Mullane concerning accounting standards for the Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund, at an additional cost to the County not to exceed $3,000.00. Intro RESOLUTION #11531, December 2, 1996 INTRODUCED BY Dennis Waits, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, the County and Cudney, Ecord, McEnroe, and Mullane entered into an agreement dated May 3, 1996, for the position of Consultant to the County's Legislature, Administration, Prosecutor's Office, and COMBAT Commission, and, WHEREAS, by Resolution 11311, dated June 3, 1996, the Legislature authorized the County Executive to enter into a First Addendum to Agreement at an increased cost to the County of $15,000.00; and , WHEREAS, the County and Cudney, Ecord, McEnroe, and Mullane now desire to enter into a Second Addendum to said agreement; a copy of which is attached hereto; and, WHEREAS, Consultant shall continue to be paid the sum of $60.00 per hour, in an additional amount not to exceed $3,000.00, for a new total not to exceed $33,000.00 during the term of said agreement as extended; and, WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 14, 1996, the COMBAT Commission recommended this increase; and, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive is authorized to execute a Second Addendum to Agreement with Cudney, Ecord, McEnroe, and Mullane, a copy of which is attached hereto, as recommended by the COMBAT Commission; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments including final payment on the contract and all addendum thereto...Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
