Body
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Bid No. 132-96 for the sale of three bison bull calves, three bison heifer calves, two elk bull calves, and two elk heifer calves, which are surplus to the County; and,
WHEREAS, following evaluation of the bids submitted, the Purchasing Director recommends that the sale award of the surplus animal stock, be divided and awarded to the bidder submitting the highest bid for each animal; and,
WHEREAS, award as recommended would result in the aggregate amounts for the respective bidders as follows:

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that award be made as recommended by the Purchasing Director, and that the Purchasing Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
