WHEREAS, a transfer is needed to fund an increase in the Kansas City Election Board's estimated expenses for the 2006 primary election; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made:
