Body
WHEREAS, the Family Support Division has a need for new computer equipment, accessories, and IT services within the department; and,
WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney’s Family Support Division desires to purchase laptop computers, batteries, security alert and software systems, scanner equipment, and security cameras to allow for enhancement of cyber security for staff at an offsite work location; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is now necessary to place sufficient funds for this purchase in the appropriate spending account; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2024 County Improvement Fund be and hereby is made:
