WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary in order to cover the Title II Juvenile Justice and Delinquency and Prevention grant for the Family Court Division funded by the Missouri Department of Public Safety; therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the unappropriated surplus of the 2000 Grant Fund be and hereby is made:
