Body
WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney's Office has a desire to purchase upgraded computer equipment, software, and furniture using surplus funds from the 2013 budget; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to place the necessary funds in the proper spending accounts; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfers be made within the 2013 General Fund and the 2013 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
