Body
WHEREAS, the Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force for Jackson County has a need for ballistic vests for departmental operations; and,
WHEREAS, the Missouri Department of Public Safety has approved a revision in the budget of its Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force Grant to allow for the purchase of these vests at no additional cost to the County; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2006 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
