WHEREAS, the Family Court Division has been awarded a grant in the amount of $2,857.76 by the Missouri Office of the State Courts Administrator for its Domestic Relations Monitored Security Project, which will help establish and maintain a wireless emergency call system; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to replace the grant funds in the proper spending accounts; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made:
