WHEREAS, transfers for unforeseen emergencies are authorized pursuant to RSMo 50.540(4); and,
WHEREAS, the use of the contingency fund is appropriate for this transfer due the unforeseen nature of the emergencies; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made:
