Body
WHEREAS, the Jackson County Prosecutor's Office has recommended the transfer of funds to support the Family Court Division's Night Light Program ("Program"); and,
WHEREAS, the Program is designed to address the needs of serious juvenile offender by providing evening and late night supervision to youth who are determined to be at high risk of re-offending; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made:
