Body
WHEREAS, David Nicodemus owns Lots 1 through 6 and the right-of- way of Otto Road along with utility easements within the subdivision plat Schtod Valley Estates, and has requested that they be vacated; and,
WHEREAS, the legal description for the lots in question is as follows:
Description: Schtod Valley Estates subdivision is generally located on the west side of Buckner Tarsney Road, 3600 feet ñ north of Truman Road lying in Section 3, Township 49, Range 30 in Jackson County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 21, 1997, the Jackson County Plan Commission took up Mr. Nicodemus request and voted to recommend the vacation; and,
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the County that Lots 1 through 6 and right-of-way, and utility easements herein described be vacated; therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that Lots 1 through 6 and the right-of-way of Otto Road along with utility easements within the subdivision plat Schtod Valley Estates, be and hereby are vacated.

Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
