WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary so that the proceeds of the Family Centered Out of Home Care Grant and required matching funds can be placed in the proper spending accounts; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said appropriation; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made:

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Family Centered Out of Home Care Grant from the Division of Family Services be and hereby is accepted and the County Executive is hereby authorized to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate the acceptance of this grant.

Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage by the County Executive.
